Flag It, Fix It, Frame It: A Relationship Dynamics Challenge For Teen Boy: this tool kit accompanies Evolve: Lesson 2 learning task/ Flag it ,Fix it.
Lesson Overview: Competencies: Self-Awareness • Relationship Skills • Responsible Decision-Making.
Purpose
This lesson helps boys critically evaluate relationship behaviors, recognize patterns, and practice reframing or repairing questionable or harmful actions. It moves beyond labeling behaviors and into the realm of empathy, accountability, and growth — giving boys tools to navigate real-life social situations with confidence and care.
These emotional tools help teens to understand why certain behaviors are harmful or how to do better. This lesson fills that gap by:
Teaching boys to recognize emotional impact
Encouraging peer dialogue and ethical reasoning
Modeling repair and reflection, not just correction
Building a foundation for healthy relationships and respectful masculinity
It’s not about dating rules — it’s about relationship dynamics in all areas of life: friendships, group chats, school interactions, and early romantic interest.
