EVOLVE: A Modern Masculinity Curriculum for Boys, Lesson 1 : The Protector Principal; Guardians of Goodness focuses on building Integrity, Responsibility and a protector of what is right.

Part one of three lessons, EVOLVE is a powerful, ready‑to-use SEL curriculum for middle and high school boys that teaches the real‑world skills they need to navigate friendships, emotions, communication, boundaries, and modern masculinity with confidence and care. Designed by an educator with years of experience supporting boys’ social‑emotional development, this curriculum gives teachers, counselors, home school parents and school social workers a healthy, relevant future focused framework that actually resonates with today’s teens. Each of the three lessons are aligned to CASEL and Health Standards and offers students a fresh approach to learning and building Social Emotional skills. In this lesson, students will be able to identify what is means to be a "protector" in a modern, non-violent, community and be able to determine what are safe and ethical responses to everyday challenges.
